Shipping Cost.

All Domestic orders (this includes Canada) are shipped via USPS. Shipping rates are based on orders size and service selected. All International orders are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the region you are shipping to.

When will my order arrive?

All Domestic and Canadian Orders are shipped via USPS Ground. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery.
All Orders can be tracked via USPS website.

International Shipping Policies 

International Shipping fees are a Flat Rate of $20.00 Worldwide.
On average it may take 10-25 business days to be delivered after it leaves our warehouse and will be shipped USPS first-class. Customer has to pay countries duties and custom fees.

Customs and Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package this price is calculated by the retail cost. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

PO Boxes

Orders shipping to international PO Boxes will be sent via USPS first-class. Tracking numbers are available through USPS until international package leaves the United States. Once your package leaves the United States it is then in the hands of your local post office and will not have a tracking number.

Exchange Rates

All prices shown on the PureXperience.com website are in U.S. dollars. If you need a conversion to your local currency, please refer to yahoo.finance.com or a similar website. Exchange rates change daily, and PureXperience.com is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation. Please note that your credit card processor may charge you a conversion rate fee.

Return & Exchanges:

RETURNS
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The return must be received by P.U.R.E. Xperience Inc. within 30 days of purchase. 
The returned item must have its original online sales receipts and or tags attached. 
The returned item must be unworn and in new condition. 
All returns are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee per package.

REFUNDS
Once receiving the returned item, P.U.R.E. Xperience Inc. will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price minus the $5.00 restocking fee. P.U.R.E. Xperience Inc. will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as non deliverable and returned to P.U.R.E. Xperience Inc. P.U.R.E. Xperience Inc. will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.

EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, the customer must return the unwanted item according to the return procedures listed below.
